Account Registration and Security

To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

Third-Party Integrations

Our service may integrate with third-party applications, services, and APIs. Your use of such integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services. Any dealings between you and third parties are solely between you and such third parties.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Make emergency repairs or updates as needed
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend service for violations of these terms

Service Level Agreement

For paid plans, we target 99.9% uptime availability. Service credits may be available for extended outages as outlined in our SLA documentation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfraMap AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InfraMap AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your data or content provided to the service

Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period
• You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination
• Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and InfraMap AI individually, and you waive the right to participate in class actions.

Export Controls

Our services may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and not to export, re-export, or transfer our services to prohibited countries, entities, or individuals.

Compliance and Certifications

We maintain various security and compliance certifications, including SOC 2 Type II. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with your own regulatory requirements.

We may provide compliance documentation and support as part of our enterprise offerings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through email or prominent notices on our platform. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using our services and may terminate your account.
